Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the order on all shop items that have not been used. If you believe your item is defective or you would like to request a refund, please contact us through our contact form, or send an email to arkandgold@gmail.com.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at arkandgold@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
